  • Refund requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp, along with proof of purchase (such as your order number or account details).

Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be granted for partial months or unused services after the 30-day period.
  • If you have violated our Terms of Use, such as sharing your account information or engaging in any illegal activity related to our service, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Purchases made through third-party platforms are subject to their own refund policies.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within 30 days of your purchase.
  2. Provide your account details and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Once your request is processed and approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days.

Returning Hardware (If Applicable)

If you have purchased hardware (e.g., IPTV boxes, accessories) from us and wish to return it:

  • The item must be returned in new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
